 Early flash life is very short, some magnesium flash tube only once. According to industry  LED Downlight  standards, then known as the million times, real life should be far from reaching its million times. Now flash, through technological innovation, life should be increased.

LED flash principle: LED not through atomic internal electronic jump to light, but by applying a voltage across the PN junction of the LED, the energy level to form a PN junction itself, then the electron energy levels in the hop change and produce photons to emit light. Qualified LED life at  LED Strip rated power should reach 100,000 hours or so.
