For MR16 LED Lamp its third quarter of fiscal 2008 ending March 30, 2008, which is comprised of 13 weeks, AXG targets revenue in a range of $120 million to $125 million with GAAP earnings of $0.07 to $0.09 per diluted share 8mm LED Flexi and non-GAAP earnings of $0.14 to $0.16 per diluted share, based on an estimated 87.3 million diluted weighted average shares.
